Communication with service department was terrible and collision didn't relay the information. You folks ended up paying for un-necessary rental car charges because if that lack of communication. Had I known what was really happening I would have told Jason to stop and let me pick up the truck.

Everyone that I worked with was Top Notch. Everyone to include Enterprise, the receptionists, communication, everything. And so fast! Couldn't be better! The next time I'm looking for a new car, I'm definitely going to Karl Chevrolet first!

I understand there are a lot of moving parts in a business as large as Karl Chevrolet. I'm also aware that any areas that are neglected seem to stand out more than the ones that are performed within standards or even above standards. Although I'd like to point out a few things I experienced that I found to be unfavorable, I'd also like to highlight the areas I found to be exceptional. Exceptional area #****) Melissa Murray. Exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. She kept me abreast on my vehicle repairs and I found her to be the best experience of any of my Karl Chevrolet visits. Exceptional area #2) The body/paint work performed on my truck. With a small amount of inspecting I can say it far exceeds what I was expecting. I think I have been a bit spoiled with the service I receive from Karl's but one thing about the last visit that bothered me was when I started my vehicle I was greeted by an excessively loud stereo on a station that I did not leave it on. That makes me wonder how my vehicle was treated in my absence. The only other issue was an improperly routed wire to my tailgate that is obvious when viewed from the rear but I had overlooked while at the dealership. I attempted to repair it myself at home but realized that I must make another 140 mile trip, and time off from work, to get this taken care of. Just so we don't lose site of the positives, Ms. Murray and the body/paint work we're a true blessing. Kyle K

The process was not smooth. Damaged parts were put back on the opposite side of the truck from the impacted area. Additionally, a seal on the OnStar antenna was painted when the seals are not suppose to be painted. This is a common part to be painted, I have no idea why they painted this seal. All of this caused delays in my repairs and custom work, requiring me to leave my truck at the Collision Center over the weekend and into Tuesday of the following week. Very frustrating. Lastly, there was grease left on the front passenger seat which I had to point out to the shop. Poor treatment of a very expensive half ton. This is really disappointing given the amount of business I’ve brought Karl Chevrolet.

Well you still have my car as it is not done. When my husband went to pick it up for the second time it still was not satisfactory. We know that Karl Chevrolet will make this right however we were quite shocked that the car was not satisfactory the second time.

The car looks awesome but I think you forgot a rim on the passenger front that was reported in the estimate pictures were taken by your technician. I reported the rim not being done when I picked the car up and haven't heard nothing since. I would like a response. I do Drive long distance to come have my cars repaired with you. Otherwise the car looks awesome. Thank you George

Work was great, car was very clean. Staff was easy to work with. Two things I didn't like: approx. 70% of the cost was due to replacing frivolous safety items on the vehicle. There were safety items, like the passenger seat belt that weren't even part of the crash, that had to be replaced. GM needs to change this. The actual "damage" to my car was only about $800, the other $2400 was safety. I hit road debris, and it set off all kinds of sensors, this is a problem, and will likely prevent me from buying another GM. My wife hit road debris the previous year in her Ford Edge and had no issues like this. 2nd issue was the length of time for repairs, I was told it would be complete Friday Sept 9. Then I received a call late in the day saying it would be done Monday, Sept 11, again late day call, finally it was done late Tuesday Sept 12. Not happy about this.
