Karl chevrolet has been our go to dealership for several years now! We have purchased our last 4 vehicles there and their service department is always helpful! This was my first experience with the collision center and it didn’t disappoint! We will never go anywhere else for purchases, service or repairs! As an insurance agent I feel even more confident in referring my clients to you all as well! Thank you for making a bad situation (car accidents are never fun) so easy and pleasant!

Your guys left my truck outside after washing it with the box cover rolled up. Which froze solid including the Well crow so no chance of putting it back down untill its tawed out... i do not have a garage to store the truck and I have tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment that I use for my work that I can not put in the back of my truck now or it will get wet and ruined. So not only did my truck take over a week longer then expected to fix. Witch lost me enough money as it is, but I couldn't put it to initiate use do to someone's Negligence to put the cover on. It is there for a reason so it only makes sense to put it down so the bed could be dry. In my business I have to pay every time I make a mistake and more then likely I lose a customer. My question is what a huge Business like you guys do to keep your customers .. I chose karl becouse I was under the impression that you guys were the best professionals around. Was I wrong?

The team was good start to finish. The person that cleaned my car inside and out did an exceptional job also! I've always had a good experience with Karl's especially dealing with Larry G and Scott Cozad in the collision center.

There was supposed to be an alignment done on my 2016 town and country but it was not and now I have to bring it back some time to get it done. The head lights on my vehicle are not adjusted correctly they are pointed up and don’t even shine on the road. As far as everything else goes, the service was satisfactory.

I truly appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, updates, and work done to make an otherwise unpleasant circumstance pleasant— thank you all!
