The repairs seem fine. It’s been less than 6 hours and I’ve only drove the car about 15 minutes. My car was covered in ice and my windshield was only partially scraped. My suggestion, it you confirm someone that is coming to pick a car up bring it inside and warm it up. As a former Volvo/Jaguar sales rep I couldn’t imagine sending a customer and potentially future client out to a parking lot by themselves to look at the new repaired car.

This entire experience was so quick and easy. They got me in when they said they were going to, kept me updated as they went along and had the vehicle out when they quoted me. Jason was great to work with and my car looks as good as new! They did a fantastic job with the body work and even detailed the interior just as good as when I bought it, if not better! I was worried my feelings towards my vehicle would change after I had wrecked it but they made it feel new again and I'm very thankful I chose Karl Chevrolet to complete the work for me!

Took longer than what they said and they told me they were replacing the lift gate and they did not. If your going to tell me your doing something do it. Don’t make me find out myself later that u didn’t. Not happy
