Karl Chevrolet, Inc.

We have been customers of karl Chevrolet for 28yrs now, since we got married and we bought our first car there as a married couple. My husband had already been a karl customer for about 5 yrs prior to us getting married, but I had never bought a new car or even a car from a dealer before. You all have always done a fantastic job for whatever we have needed done to our cars. This time though you all have done a fantastic job that we didn't have to worry about a thing. After we dropped off our journey the very next day we had received a phone call saying my father was being air ambulanced to the nearest hospital from his job site in Missouri he was having a massive heart attack and him living was not looking good. My sister, my husband, and myself drove the 3 hr trip to be with my son and mother at my father's bedside, but before we got to my father, my son who had taken my mother from Des Moines to Missouri (since he and his grandfather work together he was the first to be notified about my father) as they stood at his bedside he coded and flat lined right infront of my son and mother, they started cpr until they could get the crash cart in his room they shocked him and nothing they shocked him again and again nothing it was the third time that they shocked him and that brought him back to life..... so needless to say we've had some really major things going on in our lives but the one thing we never had to worry about was if our car was being fixed the correct way or if it was going to look like the day we bought it, that was just a relief off of our many things we have going on in our lives. Thank you for a job well done. When I was done with the paperwork Little Story!! When I dropped off the rental, I needed to get something from the back of the seat. The young Lady that was so nice to me unlock the rental and I proceded go out in the icy snow to retrieve that Item. All of a sudden there was a young man that came out of your establishment. He took me by my arm and said I have a mom too, I will help you to your car. What a wonderful young man, God bless him, I could have fallen. Thank you again!! I am 75 years young!! Mary L. Silverio

Would have been nice if the salesman came out and went over the repairs. Instead I went thru the repair and had to grab a salesman to go over some minor fixes that didn’t get caught. Plus the detailing could have been a little more cleaner.
