The repairs seem to be fine although they did take a full two weeks. I was disappointed when I picked up my car and there were globs of wax all over it as well as dried water spots. The man who helped me (I think his name was Josh) took care of it and had someone re wash and wax it. With my insurance paying over $5,000 I expected my car to be ready when I was told to come pick it up. This is the 3rd car that you have repaired for me over the years and the first time there was a problem. I waited two weeks for my car and then had to wait an additional hour in your waiting room after I was told it was ready. No one needs to contact me since everything is now taken care of

I was pleased with the professionalism of Precision Body Shop staff. The constant emails that kept me updated on the work of my car was especially appreciated. The repair work on my hail damaged car was excellent. I could not detect any existing damage after the repairs had been completed. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The guy Josh that was assisting me w/ my car was AMAZING and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job on my car. The only issue I had was with the pregnant receptionist whom seem to have an attitude. I'm not sure if it was because of her pregnancy but she needs to learn how to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The older lady w/ short silver/gray hair and the younger one with wavy hair were very pleasant and friendly. Since receptionist are the first faces your company sees you may want to let the pregnant one know that a genuine smile goes a long way along with having a great attitude. Overall my experience w/ Precision's Body Work was great! You guys have my business from here on out and I'll make sure to recommend you to anyone that needs body work to their vehicle.
