After driving my car less than a mile, an emergency message came on saying there was a suspension failure & I needed to take my car to the nearest BMW service shop. Needless to say, I am less than pleased with my experience with Precision. It does not seem as if you did a final quality check. I was expecting to have my car back for more than five minutes. I certainly hope that this is not an indication of what is to come because at this point I have to say I am not very confident in the job that was done.

What a great experience during a not so great event (car body repair)! The staff was fantastic, friendly, and attentive. The work was beyond expectations and that is easily recognisable by the finished vehicles out front! Total satisfaction, work done as quoted, on time. I hope not to have body work needed in the future, but I know where to go if I do!

You guys absolutely rock! The workmanship was top quality. You kept me completely up to date on progress. And, when an unexpected requirement came up you notified me and you proactively called the imsurance company paying for the work to get the issue addressed. I will recommend uou guts to snyone who needs any body work.

Precision repaired the damage to my car perfectly and very quickly. I appreciated getting it back in two days. The estimate was accurate. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and I am glad Traveler's recommended them.
