The repair to my car ended up taking one day longer than promised and was not communicated to me in a timely manner. The additional day fell over a holiday weekend, which ended up adding three days to the legnth of time without my car. The day my car was due to be picked up, there was a miscommunication again and they wanted to keep my car longer. I refused and asked that the car be ready the day it was previously promised. I am definitely disappointed in the repair timeline that was agreed upon vs. what actually happened.

I was told it would take a couple of days and it kept getting pushed back and I wasn't really made aware of why there were so many delays.

Took twice as long as estimated. This would not have been an issue this delay was due to unforeseen maintinence, but it was not. No work was done in the first two days while my new bumper waited in line to be painted. I understand there were a high volume of bumpers, but that really should have been taken into account when my appointment was made. I was also given very few updates, presumably because no work had actually been done. The end result was very good, but I will not be returning to precision. The whole operation seemed poorly planned and disorganized.

Not only did the outside look like new, the inside did too. I still can't believe how all that hail damage is gone. You can't even tell it happened. It was a great experience that could have been horrible. I would recommend Precision Body Works without hesitation.

You didnt finish the job. Still have marks on right rear finder and the paint does not match exactly on new door.

I was generally very satisfied with the experience. The shop was organized and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the communication was good. I would recommend and return to Precision Body Works in the future. I cannot say completely satisfied for two minor issues with the repair. In the remove/replace process there were two problems. ****. The sun visor was not re-attached properly - the screw was stripped out and the visor is hanging on one side. 2. The rubber seal at the base of the antenna on the rear deck was torn during the removal/replace process to repair dents. It should have been replaced rather than reinstalled with a crack that may lead to leaks.

After picking up the car, i noticed the following issues that were incurred while at Precision:
****. There are rips in my leather passenger seat
2. The hood will not stay open. It worked fine pre-repair
3. The car has difficulty starting. It was fine pre-repair.
Hopefully these items will be fixed ASAP. Otherwise, everything was great, and Joanie and Ricky are awesome.
