They did an excellent job

My car was ready a day early. When I arrived to pick it up and did a walk around, the hatchback door was not properly aligned. Since I turned in my rent car, I was given a ride back to my office and I was told that they would bring my car back when it was fixed. They brought the car back and the hatchback door still did not open properly. I was told by Brian that "it was a Ford..." And said well we will try again. He came back with the car later and the hatchback door finally functioned properly. It was not until I got home that I realized that a panel on the hatchbaxk door was not secured properly. I don't think that Brian was very professional in hinting at the fact that the problem with the repair was due to the car manufacturer. It worked before and I told him that it should work the same as it did before. I appreciate the willingness of him to bring me to work and bring the car to me but once again, I have to make arrangements tomorrow to correct a repair that should have been done already.

I have already spoken with my rep about the problem and she is aware. Basically, when I picked up my car, the seatbelt and the airbag sensor had not been fixed. I discovered the problem as soon as I started my car, so arrangements were made with my rep to leave my car there until that could be fixed.

My car was fixed expertly and I was thrilled.

I'm disappointed that all of the rock damage wasn't repaired while there as there were several places of damage. I assumed when the quote was done, all damage had been noted. I should have verified. I'm happy that it's being fixed now and know you will get it done for me. Mistakes happen and I understand that and I'm not upset at all. Just sad I had just turned in my rental and had to go back and get it again. I loved the paintless dent repair!

I'm satisfied overall, however it took a few unnecessary return visits to have below average workmanship corrected. For me, the most positive thing I can pass on is how professional, poised and attention to detail both Mary and Lauren displayed. Lastly, my recommendation is to introduce a Quality Control (person) to oversee, and examine your process while instituting measures to maintain high quality workmanship, cut down return visits and save you big money (annually). The fact an owner promised things would be corrected, and Mike getting us back on track was again over shadowed with the inability to put my car back together without missing clips, parts assembled incorrectly, water leaking in to interior, interior damaged....list goes on. While I will consider your shop again, I have a difficult time putting my reputation on the line and recommending to anyone else.
