Satisfied with the repairs and the car wash! Only thing I was not pleased with were the black prints on tan my steering wheel, drive shift, door, and arm rest but it easily came off.

The two ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing. So willing to work with me when I was having issues with my insurance, reassuring me that they'd do whatever they could to help ease the process. Additionally, the job on the vehicle looks fantastic. This is the second time we pick Precision and it has yet to let us down. Thanks again!

While the insurance company was clearly difficult at times, my general feeling was that policies precision has in place does little to facilitate a smooth experience for clients when a relationship is not in place between insurance co and body shop. Body shops work hard to try to convince the public that they have a choice in who they use but the reality in my experience is that it would clearly been way easier to let the insurance company dictate the body shop choice. So since Percision is operating at a disadvantage I would've thought they would've gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep the problems transparent for me. The car looks great though!!! I don't really hold my representative responsible. I believe that ownership within the body shop should create policies that make it easier for the client and the ones that are currently in place are not designed to do that. My representatives hands were shackled by policy best I could tell.
