Thank you for having loaners. It was very helpful. Not sure why I did not elect for rental on my policy, yet think I was surprised by what a magnolia limb could do! Also, thank you for a time estimate that was shorter than actual. Text updates were nice, too.

Upgrade that POS loaner. I was putting gas in before I got home. Looking at your facilitys , you can afford better. But service was excellent. Put your address on that five second radio spot.
