Job was done adequately. Paint did not match perfectly, one or two spots with no paint, you can see where car was masked off. Looks like a rush job. Ok but just ok.

The job was not done right and complete. The voice option for my blue tooth capability for disconnected and I was unable to here the other party I was talking to. I am really disappointed that such a highly rated facility did not ensure the job was done rigjt and complete specially after I had to pay so much money.

I was exceptionally happy with the experience until towards the end when I couldn't get a hold of the geico adjuster, so no one was giving me updates on the status. Everyone and everything else I was completely satisfied with. Thank you so much for everything.

I was completely satisfied with my whole experience with Excalibur ! I've never been in an accident before but this was so much simpler and more convenient than I imagined. The staff was so helpful and courteous to me. I understood what was happening every step of the way. My service was timely and seemless. I would also like to say that my GEICO rep Joey was absolutely awesome in helping me, as was my enterprise contact. All the parts of this service are continuous and run very smoothly, you've done a fantastic job of coordinating all of the service while maintaining respect and establishing an enjoyable experience for a not so enjoyable event like an accident. I will definitely be back to Excalibur and will be glad to recommend this shop to my friends and family. Thank you so much for the effort and consideration that everyone put in. I felt that everybody I encountered at Excalibur auto body was professional and very understanding about the problem. The repair was done in a very timely manner and I received a rental car which made everything easier while my car was at the shop. I was very satisfied with everything that was done to my car if I have any questions I will be in contact but I can say I was taken care of completely thank you

Repairs exceeded my expectations. Repair time was fast and i was updated throughout the whole process. Will definitely use Excalibur for any repair work i need going forward.

The job was done very quickly and results were great. I was especially pleased with how well the vehicle was cleaned inside and out.

They tried to force me to have a miss matching grill. Then they did not clean up after themselves in the inside of my car. Left oil/grease on my seat and dirt on my door.

They did my work extremely fast and beyond my expectations. after being hit by an uninsured motorist and being stressed to the max they were about the only good thing I had going for me the entire week. It was painless!! Everything was handled in sight....rental, Geico adjuster, repairs. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, concise and thorough. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule.
