Very informative about when repairs would be preformed. Helpful in setting up car rental. From the time I dropped my car off for repairs I received text messages informing me of the progress of the repair process. Very nice staff. This is the second time they have repaired my car and I will continue coming back due to the quality of repairs that I have received and how courteous and informative Sims has been through both my experiences with them.
