They are very good at keeping you up to date on how the repairs are going I enjoyed the text updates

I came in to macs to get the roof of my 2011 tacoma replaced. I am appalled that they had the audacity to give me my truck in the condition it was in back to me. My liner is hanging down from the roof, my mirror is not in place well, my overhead console is still coming off the roof, my light in the middle of the roof is hanging down, and on top of that NONE of my lights work on the console or middle. Plus, somehow the digital clock on my console is not working anymore either, although it worked perfectly before going to the shop. I am more than dissatisfied, I am disgusted that this is the standard they hold at their business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible work.

I'm mostly satisfied with my experience. I don't like the smell my car has on the inside now- like paint or gasoline. I have a very small debt left on the back door that is expected to get fixed. I did like the customer service very much.
