I had a very good experience with setting up my insurance claim thru your shop. Ben contacted me and set up a time for me to bring my car in and said it would take a few days and that I would hear from him when it was ready. I was met by the rental car associate and had a car ready to drive home in. I got a call within in a day that my car was ready sooner than expected and I could come down and pick it up before 5:00. I was able to leave my rental car at the body shop and drive my car home. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done on my car and your staff.

Ben was great and kept me up to date on progress. Paint match is right on. My only complaint is the finish on the driver door has ripples in it. Looks like it wasn't sanded smooth enough during prep.
