I dropped my car off for a mirror replacement. The mirror was not replaced and is on backordwr. A completely different part of my car was repaired. The issue is that I was talking to the service department which operates independently from the body shop. These two departments need to be integrated. Right now the left hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I willl say that all of the people I interacted with were very pleasant but the company is structured so that they have no interaction or reason to interact.

Workmanship is outstanding. My only negative, seems Whitten has trouble securing replacement parts in a timely fashion. Should not take nearly 2 weeks for a Jeep dealership to secure a replacement tailgate.

I was told my car was ready, but the repairs weren’t finished when I went to pick up my car. A process that should’ve taken 5 minutes took 2 hours. They presented my car to me twice with damaged and non-working parts. I had much higher expectations and was extremely disappointed. Courtney was the only helpful person there.

The e mails and phone conversations caused to much confusion about completion date and time starting on last Tuesday leading me to believe that the car would be ready the next day which ultimately ended up being the Tuesday a week later. The matter simply just wasn't handled the way it should have been handled.

I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in two separate accidents in the past two months. Whitten Brothers repaired the damage on both occasions and did so with impressive speed and care. The fees were reasonable and their customer service was exceptional. My car looks and feels like it did six years ago when I bought it!
