seemed to take longer than I expected

You do a good job and your prices are in the ballpark. Unfortunately, I’ve been a frequent flyer with you in past years. When I first came to you, you sent me actual pictures of the work at the end of the day. It was a wonderful way to see what was involved in the repair and the progress. This time you promised regular updates by email. I got none except the day before it was done saying you would complete it. You originally said 7 days for the repair and only took 5 so I was surprised since I hadn’t been getting any info. Without pics I don’t know what was involved in the repair or that it would be done 2 days early. Don’t get me wrong, I was delighted that it was done early and you did a great job. But without the pics you are just another good quality repair shop. Please don’t call me. I wanted to tell you this after the last repair but didn’t. Hope you bring the pics back. AND i hope I don’t see you for awhile.
