From the first encounter on the phone with the Fix Auto Team, I was welcomed and my anxiety about having to seek auto repair was lessened by their kindness, professional knowledge, professionalism and respect. I felt and immediate confidence that I was in good-hands and they welcomed me to drive up to meet in-person and assess the car's damage. Once on-site, the grounds were clean, organized, and the office was spacious, organized and clean. Everyone greeted me and the owner is a professionally friendly, confident and a seasoned technical expert about car repairs and maintenance. I received several email updates a week to appraise me of work being finished or new work being started. The emails were friend, short and timely. I felt as though I was in very good hands. Although the bus was late delivering me to pick up my vehicle, the staff, was incredibly patient and supportive of my 15 minute after-work hours arrival!! I appreciate the kindness and patience of everyone. I plan on recommending Poulsbo Fix Auto to friends and colleagues.

I’ve used Fix Auto North Kitsap’s services before and I’ve always been happy with the work they do. I was more impressed this time with their timely, quality repair work on our Subaru Forester. I especially liked the daily text message updates on the progress of the work, the estimated completion and pick up date and time, and the phone call to let me know that my car is ready for pick up. I was more impressed when my car was delivered washed and vacuum cleaned! Thank you for the outstanding work and great customer service!
