You tried saying the damage was like that before, and when proven it wasn'tyou still blamed it from a ding that it wouldn't snap back because of it. The tan was broken when you removed it . Not from a previous scratch. Third the estimator should of known or the mechanic should have known prior to removing to call me and or adjust the estimate for full replacement of bumper not wait until pick up for me to notice that it was like that and have to bring it back to point out

I did not understand that the repair quote that I was provided could increase after the work had started. Consequently, the price I paid was 40% higher than I was quoted. Taking an extra 30 seconds on the front end to more fully explain to me that you could not actually provide a more complete cost of repair until the car was torn down would have gone a long way towards improving my experience with Certified Collision. As you can tell, this experience has totally overshadowed the actual repair itself, which was good and completed timely.

I was contacted and informed that my truck was ready for pickup.i went to the rental office to drop off the rental. The rental agency was kind enough to drop me off at your Lodi collision center to pickup my truck. When I got to your shop, I was given the keys to my truck after filling out a couple of form to take my truck home. I ask the receptionist if they had got paid by the insurance company and said she would check with one of your agents. The agent came out and said they had not got paid yet. I was told I could not take my truck home since Lodi Collision had not got paid and had to keep my truck until you got paid. I had to ask for a ride back to the rental shop to discover I could no long rent the car since the case was closed and had to have my wife pick me up an hour after from the rental shop. All this could have been avoided if your sales agent would have confirmed payment prior to calling me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup. My truck was ready but payment had not been received. I waisted my time going to pickup my truck and not being able to take it home. It was truly an inconvenience to me all the way around.

Each staff person I spoke with was professional and courteous. They were also helpful when I requested they take a look at another issue with my car. When everything was done, my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. That is all win-win in my book!

The people there were nice but my rear view mirror that I got replaced was not the same one I had previously and it was a completely different one from the driver side rear view mirror, they did not match at all. I don’t know how the guy could see it and not say anything or try to make it right. I pointed it out to him and he tried to act like he didn’t notice when it was obviously two completely different mirrors. I would be embarrassed to let a customer leave with a crappy job like that. I also asked for a quote to get a dent repair done that I would pay out of pocket for and he said he would get back to me with numbers but he never did. I didn’t bother about it though, I feel like if he wanted to do the job, he would have gotten back to me.

Everyone was very professional and helped me out. I really appreciated all the work done to my car. I wasnt expecting them to wash and detail my car which they didnt have to do but I appreciated that very much. Overall they went above and beyond my expectations.

I was called on a Monday with a status of when my car will be ready for pick up. They told me my car most likely would be ready Wednesday or Thursday. I told him that I was leaving out of town to a funeral service which was Tuesday. And they said it would be fine because my car wouldn’t be done until Wednesday or Thursday anyways. They ended up calling me the following day which was Tuesday while I was in funeral service telling me my car was not ready for pick up. She acknowledged that I was in service but still called me. I wasn’t going to be back in town until Wednesday the following day because they called me Tuesday letting me know Car was ready for pick up the insurance company did not cover Tuesdays bill and now I am responsible for it
