Everyone was very courteous. The paint job looks great, but the rubber seal wasn't properly reattached on the driver side. The car now clunks when the road is rough, like it's loose. The steering makes a strange popping noise when I turn it. The car seems to handle okay despite these things. It does seem to pull to the right too.

My concern is they replaced the right fog light but its not working. I think everything should be checked before you all return the vehicle back to the owner

The experience was complety positive. The people were courteous and competent. When I went to leave my car and again when I picked up my car, all the paperwork was ready and each process only took a few minutes. The work was completed ahead of schedule. The car was washed and vacuumed. In addition, one of the men graciously removed the child seat from my rental and carried it to my car. He didn't install the car seat, of course (per policy). I would highly recommend this business.

They were amazingly friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't finished were my backup sensors didn't work the day after I picked it up. But they just told me to bring it back I next week. Otherwise they were great and I'd come back if I need something worked on in the future.

In transport, there was damage to the front grill. The driver had to know that he hit something on the highway. I have been assured that there is not additional damage underneath the car by your representative and he is ordering a new grill. The car was delivered without the interior cover to the hatch door which came in just after I picked the car up. When I returned with the grill problem, it was installed. A short time later, I had to return once again. The rear hatch door did not latch well enough to keep the dash 'door open' light from coming on without 'slamming' it to close it. The hatch door would not lock. The lights (which are supposed to 'flash' when the doors are locked or unlocked) do not function. The car was obviously released without any type of thorough going over to check for completion of a quality job and therefore a quality job was NOT delivered! Your representative on West Markham has assured me that all of these things will be taken care of and that he wants me satisfied. His presentation is the reason that I chose your company to do the work. He has always been very respectful and cordial and continues to be so in a less than optimum situation. I have no reason not to believe that Gwatney will take care of this situation in time. However, it seems like two weeks should have been plenty of time.
