The people at Gwatney really made a stressful situation much easier to bear for me. Barbara Jewel, Eric Desjardin, and **** in Enterprise are all amazing people! They really pulled out all the stops for me. From now on I am a Gwatney customer! I am planning on purchasing a new car in the next one to two years, and it will definitely be from Gwatney Buick GMC. There is not enough good I can say about this company and its people. You guys were all a true blessing to me and my family. I wish you and yours all the greatest blessings in the world!

I tried to contact someone by phone several times and left several message I did not receive a call back concerning status of my vehicle. I kept calling and was finally able to get an update on my car. Terrible customer service.

Under the front bumper have a bent spot in TiVo asked them to check everything that had something to do with the women backing in to me they didnt do it I will be returning tom to see why it wasn't repair because it a new truck no bump or scars on it

We got the car the radio wouldn't work and noticed the rocker panel isn't lined up right. Have to bring it in again to be fixed. Then I found out that my side mirror is NOT heated. When we were given the paperwork before the repair it said non heated mirror. So we went back into the shop and we specifically told Jose that it was a heated mirror and needed to be replaced with a heated mirror. He reassured us it would be. But it is NOT. Now when we take it in to fix the rocker we have to see if my mirror will be fixed too.

Very quick repair. Notification of being half finished and almost finished were very helpful via text message. The repairs were finished before the estimated time. Nice friendly atmosphere. Would chose this company again for future repairs if needed.

The Work They Did Was Great. I Was Told That They Would Send Me A Picture Update So I Would Have An Idea How My car Was Doing And How Long It Would Take. I Didn't Get A Single Update Except When I Called And Asked About it. Also There Was Tape On An Area Of My Car I Didn't Think Needed repairs.

Eric was phenomenal. He and Jose kept me updated daily. I'm very satisfied. Expect plenty of praise and referrals! I hope to utilize the Gwatney resources again...but hopefully under less drastic circumstances!
