The most courteous staff with a sense of humor like no other! I had just come from the Chevy dealership where they treated me like a moron. They called me from the get go and didn’t leave me hanging throughout the entire process. It took awhile due to one small piece being on back order for a month. They were on time with everything and sent regular email updates while they had my car for the five days. They also had the greatest rental car service function thatI have seen. When I arrived on Monday, my rental car was already there. They just had to call Enterprise to have an individual come over to do the inspection with me, have me sign the paperwork and hand over the keys. When my car was ready for pick up, I took the rental car right back and left the keys at the desks Bumpus; the car in their lot and Enterprise came back for the car without me needing to be there. Awesome! The only thing I could see being an issue is one: if there had not been an Enterprise agent available when I dropped off my vehicle initially and I had needed to get somewher and two: when I returned the vehicle and something changed from the time I left the vehicle to the time the Enterprise agent picked up the vehicle. But I’m pretty sure the integrity of the staff at Bumpus is on the high end of the rating scale. If not, I’m guessing they have cameras in the lot to negate any ideas ofndoing anything otherwise. Ha! But these weren’t the case for me, thank goodness. From day one, when I walked in and asked for an estimate, I was treated with kindness and respect. The price I was quoted was exactly the price that the total ended up in the end. No “hidden fees.” I have had a few dents, dings, fender benders, whatever in my 22 years of driving. This honestly has been the best body shop I have ever used. I hope to NOT need them again, but if I do, then this is absolutely the only place I will take my vehicle. My husband’s truck actually needs a nasty scratch fixed from road waste a big rig threw up onto his passenger side door. I am thinking it’s rime for an estimate and then having it fixed. What do you guys think, Bumpus?
