The entire process for getting my Ridgeline repair work complete was excellent. The repairs were done very rapidly and restored back to original conditions. The Bumpus office contacted me both via phone and email to let me know the status and when to pick up my Ridgeline. Very well organized.

First of all, even during a holiday week, Ben and the crew were true to their word that the repairs to our Chrysler Pacifica was completed in four days. Cathy was great, calling and notifying us via email on the progress of the repairs. She was also able to secure a rental vehicle that I could enter and exit with ease from the Nissan dealership. All staff was extremely courteous and friendly and made the best of a vehicle accident. One always hope they're not involved in an accident, but Bumphus Body Shop takes the worry out of getting the best of care and great repairs. Hey, that rhymes!! The van looks better than new, it was clean and ready for my wife and I to take possession of once again. Thank you Bumphus Auto crew!! Bob and Theresa Walker........

Drivers side still has buff marks.

A part was left off the rear bumper, the protective rubber pad that goes on top of the bumper before the trunk on the Lexus RX350. Hope nothing else is missing that we can't see. Tom Forsythe

when I goy the estimate, I spoke with the gentleman about repairing the back fender that was damaged at the time that they did the insurance work and I would pay for the repair. He gave me the estimate for both the insurance work and for the work that I was going to pay for and agreed that the work would be done at the same time. There was a stripe of yellow paint on one side that a vandal had sprayed on the car and he volunteered to clean that off for no extra charge. Neither the back fender nor the yellow paint was fixed or cleaned. I didn't inspect the car when I picked it up, but the next day my licenses plates were expiring and I was trying to decide if I was going to get Tennessee plates or renew my Illinois plates. It is a good thing that I got the Tennessee plates because my front plate holder was not replaced. Illinois required two plates, one front and one back. The work that was done is great and I appreciate the speed with which it was done, but I do wish the rest of the agreement has been fulfilled.
