Bumpus has always been fair & very honest in regards to any issues with my vehicle. As a single woman, I've taken my car in, thinking something was wrong, only to be told that everything was o.k. They certainly didn't take advantage of me......that is not who they are. They are fair, ethical, & for the past 15 years, if my car needs any repairs, I don't shop for a second estimate. I know that Bumpus will do right by me. Friendly, honest...can't say enough about them....
