I am 95% satisfied! My lock/unlock button on driver door is not working. I know I will have to come back for another part to get added/ fixed so if I could have it fixed at that point, I'd appreciate it. I loved the emails and everyone I was in contact with was fabulous.

Almost everything was great. I did have a lot of trouble getting a hold of Ben. I tried for a week, and every time I called he was gone for the day, outside, or with someone. That's not a big deal... However, when I asked if I could leave a message, I was told "no, call back later". It wasn't until the 5th day that the lady (I'm assuming a different lady than I had spoke to the first 4 days) asked if she could take a message for him. I gladly left him a message! I wish I could have left a message the first day. It would have made it a lot easier if I didn't have to call multiple times a day, only to be told to call back later. That was very frustrating. The vehicle looks great. It was fixed quickly. Everyone I came in contact with when dropping off and picking up was nice. Trying to make an appointment was the only part that was difficult.
