We appreciate the prompt turn around and was nice to be kept informed of the repair progress. The van looks great! And the extra touch of cleaning our vehicle was an unexpected surprise. Nice to have clean windows for our tour of Jolly Holiday Lights tonight with our great grandson. We will definitely return to Faust for any future body work and will recommend your company to our friends and family. Merry Christmas????

Upon driving the CRV, I noticed a rattling in the front/left side of the car that was not there prior to the accident. Steve will be bringing it back in to reevaluate it on Wednesday. Thanks

You guys are awesome. The attention to detail and customer service is impressive.
I do have one follow-up and we can visit on the phone to see about a follow-up look. The corners of the repair (back panel) stick out just a little (compared to the other side). From a cosmetic look standpoint, I could care less. My only concern is if it could get worse with wear. Let's talk on the phone.

I could not have been happier with my experience! Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and helpful throughout the entire inspection and repair process. Communication was outstanding, both with setting up appointments and the progress being made while they had my vehicle. Service was prompt and my vehicle looked great in the end.
