Had very bad experience. Will not be a returning customer. I have reported you to my insurance company as well so no other policy holders will be bringing their vehicle for repairs to your place of business either.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer all of my questions. They keep me informed of my repair status and are able to repair my car quickly. I will definitely use them for any needed repairs to n the future.

I brought my car in for work got done at an impressive time and manner! I wish I could say that for the full experience, when I picked my car up everything looked great. I didn’t notice till about two weeks later that the Dallas Cowboy plate that the insurance company I used was charged for was never put on the vehicle nor was the holes drilled to replace it. I called on 02/03/21 to see if I can bring it back in to get the plate installed on the bumper and they couldn’t do it because I don’t have plate brackets! My question is how are you guys going to charge me but not do the work that you charged me for? On my Final invoice it says, Ln No 17 License plate parts and a charge of $31.48 plus tax. There was no license plate on the vehicle when I picked it up and this could not possibly be for the rear cause it has never been damaged and is not the reason I brought the vehicle there for work. I’m disappointed in the work from there and I just can’t let the go my cowboys plate means a lot but the fact I was charged for it and never received the work does not sit right with me and makes the company look bad!

The communication between my insurance co & the shop was dismal @ best. Currently Enterprise is charging me bc a proper work extension wasn't approved per insurance aforehand. The body work was great but not worth the headache of dealing with the shop's front end. I was very disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND this shop!!!!
