Good job on the repair and good customer service. It would have been better if they could have accepted my car and started the repairs the same day I brought it in for the estimate that way I wouldn't have had to rearrange my busy schedule just to come back a second time. My repair was completed through insurance claim, and it was handled smoothly by my customer service rep that worked with me. He was so down to earth yet professional. He was knowledgeable, thorough with explanations and communicated well with me, even before I had questions. I work night shift so my situation was unique, he remembered my sleep schedule and tried hard not to bother me with updates during that time, it was very much appreciated. My truck was not only amazing on the outside (the paint job looks like it’s a brand new truck), but they even cleaned it up on the inside, which they of course didn’t have to. Office staff who answered the phone were always helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend your business, and I plan on leaving a yelp review and letting my insurance company know my experience was great.
