My only complaint dealt with the onsite rental car. My wife was asked about insurance and said yes. She wasn't aware that would come out of our pocket since another party was paying for repairs, or that we were already covered by our policy. I feel this should have been explained to her. We paid 50 for 3 days of basically worthless insurance.

Service was great and my hail damage to my truck was repaired fast. I was updated about 3 times a week via text, and I got a bed liner sprayed in for an extra 100! Also, Enterprise was fast and convenient being right inside the building.
