Only reason I had some doubt in saying completely satisfied was the two headlights do not match now. Wish someone would have called me to ask looking for a matching headlight and it is proving to be difficult to find.

I was kept up to date almost daily with the progress of my vehicle. When I got it back, ahead of schedule, it looked absolutely spotless. Great detail was given to do the required work, and a total cleaning of the vehicle. That was above and beyond normal service and I couldn't be more pleased with the job!!!

I just think this is a great business. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and the work is terrific. Jessie was especially helpful in navigating our claims process and keeping us informed of the repair progress. Everything was pretty wonderful, particularly given the current challenges of parts supplies, etc. Super grateful for the unique integrity of PB&B.

I never received a repair bill after I was told I would. I responded to an email from Shannon that I failed to get a returned response on. There were things missing from my vehicle when I went to recover them.

I was so impressed with Professional Paint and Body employees. They are all courteous, knowledgeable, and make every effort to keep their customers informed regarding scheduling, insurance,etc. They handled most everything regarding the insurance company. Shane Cleckler was the person who greeted me when I made my appointment for the estimate and he kept me informed throughout the process. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and they did an incredible job on my car. I highly recommend this company.
