The repair took a very long time. When finally contacted to pickup upon arrival I found multiple damages not corrected, that were discussed initially. I noted there are paint drips on front bumper (too much paint applied at once) and was dismissed and told that's normal. It is not normal, just sloppy. After some more time, the truck was "finished" for the second time. Headlights were supposed to be buffed to match and were not. We have been long time supporters of your business, this is uncharacteristic of your service. Currently I have 2 cars needing work and will be considering other options. One dissapointed customer.
