You received a dirty damaged car and I received a beautiful clean wonderfully repaired car.
There was confusion about how long my insurance would would pay for my rental car. My insurance has a $500 limit on rental car. Y'all said I had til 12-31-20. Enterprise called me on 12-29-20 and said my insurance ran out 12-28. I returned the rental car on 12-30 and you gave me a nice loanercar til my car was ready on 12-31. It would have been better if you said I should check with my insurance company or Enterprise to see how long I had my rental car instead of y'all assuming from past experience with Farmer's that I had 30 days. I should have checked on this myself as that was my responsibility.

Didn’t keep me updated on the vehicle. Insurance company called me to let me know that the car was a total loss. That was a surprise phone call. I was told that if it was going to be over the 70% they would let me know.
