They do good work; however, it took almost a month for them to complete the job. I thought it would be a shorter time period given the fact that they told me they would order the required parts before I left my car with them.

I have nothing but praise for Professional P&BS and the staff, both the estimators/appraisers and the technicians. The repairs were completed and my vehicle returned as promised and on time. I cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Special thanks to Laurie for her help with the appraisal process and overseeing the repairs until completion. I highly recommend Professional P&BS for any body repair and/or paint needs on any vehicle. Truly professional in more than just their name.

They were very easy to work with particularly since I was not from the area and we had to work around my daughter's dental school schedule.
