I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TIMELINESS,JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CONTACT, SO i KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH. THOUGH I WAS GETTING EMAILS AND TEXT TO TAKE A LIBERTY MUTUAL SURVERY THROUGH COCKRELL'S BUT I HAD SAFECO. WEIRD!

My car was left dirty inside. Dusty from sanding. I had to vacuum and wipe off interior. I am in the car business myself, totally unacceptable.

Cockrell's is a very professional shop. They communicated throughout the repair process and we never needed to confirm that the repair was moving along. Lee, especially, was friendly, caring and concerned about getting the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Professionally run with terrific, caring and knowledgeable mechanics! A Premium Shop for sure!
