I had to take my car back after inspecting it and realizing that it had some damages still down to the seams that were not matching up on my front bumper our back bumper that they fixed they also left out finding a leak that has now caused me to have a water pump go out I had to take it back and get it back in the bay and now the insurance is not taking the amendment for the water pump and the repairs are done but what good does that do if my car is still not running the way it was before I was hit back on Labor Day by another person who is also insured by Farmers Insurance group which I think may be part of the problem they don’t want to sue themselves I really think Service King is trying to work it out for me and John who is at The Service King off of Edwardsville Road is doing what he can so far I am going back to try to see if I can resubmit the claim and disputed and at least get them to have it with me since it was not occurring before the accident I have still not got to talk to a live agent everyone is putting me off at my own insurance and add the other insurers and also so it has been a real car pile up please help me I would like to get this done and give you a great satisfactory reply

They made me go find my car and they still don't have it ready for me. I'm still waiting. If they call the customer, it's because if I get out of there with their car, I'm very disappointed because they stayed calling in the afternoon and even today on Friday and I don't know about my car
