Great customer service caring employees. Went beyond to have the truck brought to our home. My husband has cancer and was not able to drive his truck due to the chemo. I can’t drive a standard . Brent went beyond when I explained it to him. He said don’t worry I’ll take care of everything for you and he did. Yes everyone that I had to talk with at service king was great. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Service King in Lake Worth. Thank you to everyone that helped make things less stressful for me. On this difficult time

(****) The SK location had me physically come by to sign a digital screen the morning after my vehicle was towed there before work could begin. There was no other reason for me to come in. When asked why I couldn’t do this through email, I was told that wasn’t an option. Through a subsequent call to SK Customer Service, I learned digital signing by email was an option. This issue may have already been addressed, although it was a considerable inconvenience to me. (2) When my vehicle was ready, the service advisor seemed displeased that I might not be able to pick up my vehicle as soon as he’d like. I couldn’t do it that afternoon when I was told the vehicle was ready, and the following day was Saturday, with only a three hour window. Otherwise, I’d have to stop by Monday. But just as SK has demands and timelines to return vehicles to customers, I also have demands and schedules where I can’t always allot time to get a vehicle that I haven’t had for a few weeks anyway. So I found it somewhat annoying to be encouraged to pick up a vehicle that has taken a little over two weeks to fix. I don’t mind the 2+ week wait. But, if I scheduled time to come get my vehicle every time I was notified it might be ready, I would have scheduled about 5 false alarms, because that’s how many times I received a “ready” date and time. As a result, I only considered scheduling pickup after confirmation that my vehicle was truly ready. (3) Upon picking up my vehicle, I was only given my insurance company’s estimate of work to be done. The packet did not include what was actually done. When I asked about this, the person helping me said it could be printed up for me. Why wasn’t it there in the first place? Is it routinely not included with final appear work delivered to the customer?

Inspecting my car when I got home last night I can see two marks on my hood that were not on my car when I dropped it off. They look like I might be able to buff them off. Also I was told to clean out my car so it could be cleaned before being returned to me. I can see where it might of been given a quick wipe down, but I don’t see why I had to empty out my car for that. I still will be taking it somewhere to be cleaned. Also, I can see the color difference and I don’t think it is a clean seam match up where repairs were done. I know with time the coloring may match up and I know having to repair a car it’s never the same. It was not all bad though. I would give a 9 out of 10, because I feel the customer service was great! I loved the texts updates, and I appreciate how quickly the repairs were done. I also really liked that Enterprise was on location! Made the whole process efficient. I would refer others to Service King. I am very particular about my car and would not just turn it over to anyone. Thank you for the great service!

I was very pleased with this particular Service King. From my first phone call to picking up my repaired van, everyone was polite, professional and thorough! Brett was always pleasant and stayed in contact during the repair process. I hope I won’t have any other needs for body repair; but if I ever do, I’m coming back to this Service King.
