The customer service demonstrated by Brant and crew at the Woodbury store was both amazing and refreshing.
Amazing in that the only thing I had to do was show up. The majority of the insurance claims needs/requirements were handled by him and invisble to me.
Refreshing in that it helped reinvigorate my faith in the customer service industry. To the point that I almost wish people would into me more often.
