Communication was terrible throughout the process. Took way longer than it should have with parts not being ordered 3 weeks into the process. I was told they where putting new doors on my truck. That did not happen. My truck was giving back to me not finished, with lights on the dash, and I had to bring to another shop to fix and pay out of pocket. Worst experience I have ever had. Also, a new hood was put on my truck, apparently the hood vent trim wasn't replaced and replaced with the old one, which they didn't clip in all the way and flew off while I was driving on the highway. Now I will have to come out of pocket for a new one. Also, I gave the manager my keys to my hitch lock as the grill guard I had was replaced and had a hitch mounted license plate which I never got back as well. I will never recommend Sanborn Collision Department and will never bring back one of my vehicles there again.

Paint did NOT match the rest of the car, should have been adjusted for any fading of the rest of the car. NOT JUST PUT THE SAME COLOR AS ORIGINAL COLOR, without taking into account fading.

I will be honest. My experience started a little rocky. I was not getting communication back and almost missed a window to get a rental car. It sounds like there was some staffing issues but I was not very happy. However, when it came time to getting my car I could not be more pleased. Jose worked with me and let me leave the rental there for enterprise to pick up given it was late on a Friday night. Assuring me it would be marked in the system that it was returned Friday. He also stayed open late so I could get my car that night. The way he truly helped me when it was needed superseded any previous issues. I would absolutely use Sanborn again for how I was helped in the end.Jose listened to my issues with the car and ensured it was done correctly. I was very happy with him! He deserves some credit dealing with staffing issues and all.

I never received calls from the collision center to give me updates about my vehicle over the entire 6 weeks. I was lied to 3 times about when the supplement was delivered to my insurance, that wasted 4 business days. They were not in touch with enterprise or my insurance, so when I called the collision center for updates I had to update my car rental through enterprise and call my insurance to extend the coverage date.I do appreciate the dealership covering the last few days of my rental after my rental car insurance policy expired.

The paint match for the bumper was very bad. When I initially picked up the vehicle, the difference in color matching was very noticeable. They kept vehicle and repainted bumper. When I picked it up on next visit, there was improvement; however, the difference in color match remains different and very noticeable. I am not happy with the color match.

I have had to return twice for subsequent repairs due to the interior door post molding not being secured,( came undone 2 days after I picked up my car) and the seat belt, both on the passenger front seat. The accident damage required the replacement of the back door on the passenger side.
The overall experience as to customer service has been very positive, the initial contact as well as the completion and 2 returns for above named issues.
