Bill did an excellent job taking care of my van and keeping me informed. He went above and beyond to look into my concerns and to make sure that my issues were addressed and resolved. He even managed to make sure the job was completed ahead of time. The wonderful ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful and made sure that I had a rental right away and checked it back in to save me a trip.
