Although the actual repair was fine. I was delayed a few days in getting my car back due to the techs lack of knowledge of my car and what pieces to order. What was supposed to be a 2-3 business day turn around turned into a full week. Not knowing what I would have presumed to be obvious things, cost me extra days without having my car back. Once on Friday which caused it to not be ready till the following Monday due to a extra part not being ordered, and then again Monday which caused it to be pushed back till the following day on Tuesday due to the wrong part being ordered. My suggestion would be to do a more thorough research of all the necessary parts before ordering, and to only then let the customer know when completion of the car would be ready based on estimated repairs. I hope this helps. Otherwise I thought they did a good job. They even detailed my car from the looks of it.
