Car looked better than new, personnel were very pleasant and helpful throughout. Taking the time to retrieve my parking sticker and put it on the new bumper was above and beyond the call of duty and deeply appreciated. Overall very good experience. Hope not to need you again but would definitely recommend Reform and Collision.

Did a gr8 job on thr rear bumper. Didn't think you could heat up bumper and make it look like new you guys did a fantastic job. paint matched perfectly will be seeing you soon again because the day I got my car back the VERY next day a guy backed into the same drivers side fender. Damage is a little more than the 1st time. Cya soon!!!!

When I picked up my car the contents of my trunk were thrown all over my backseat carelessly (I had ALOT of stuff stored in my trunk- so much my entire backseat was covered in it) I had to move everything back myself and was not offered any help until I was already done. Other than that and the employees demonstrating their subpar manners on the phone and when speaking to customers at the front desk- so far my car seems to be repaired.

The paint color was a little off, but they fixed it with no problem,everyone was very helpful.Thanks again. Merry Christmas to all.....

My husband picked up the car for me the morning after you called to let me know it was done. The battery was dead in the car when he tried to start it. He said everyone was helpful and apologetic when helping him jump the car, but I don't think the battery should've been left to run down in the first place.

Bryan was great. He was polite knowledgeable and took action. However the support staff was completely disinterested in delivering anything that might resemble customer service. Every time we would call to see if the car was ready so we could pick it up around lunch time anywhere from 11-****, if Bryan wasn't available she was not willing to find someone who could answer the simple question as to whether it was ready or not. That did not have to be Bryan. In fact I would bet that if she would take a minute or two, she would be able to look at the invoice or in the system to see if was marked complete. Other than her complet indifference, this would have been a great experience despite the difficulties getting the part which I understand was not in your control. Simply put the receptionist, the easiest job, is holding you back.
