Well about 4 years ago I used service king and the service was awesome. Well this time was a total disaster . First my car was there for over a month. When I called to check on he car whoever I talked to never could give me an exact answer. Then I was called to come get it three times and all three times the vehicle wasn't ready. I was told it was ready and when I arrived it wasn't ready. We'll finally I got the car back to day. It has the wrong replacement hubcap on the car and for some reason my seat was pull out of place. I then had to wait to get the seat back in place and I am driving with a wrong looking hubcap on m car. Who ever theanager was three or four years ago please go get him or her back for the customer sake.

They did a wonderful job and I'm very satisfied!

Kirk Montgomery and Michael Carmichael was fantastic, he made feel at ease about dropping my vehicle off for repairs, but Michael kept me posted about the process, he explained everything thoroughly. Even though the process only took a day I got my vehicle back like it was brand new and he even had it shining and sparkling which I love.. Micheal is a great asset to your company, he is a keeper.. Great job Michael!!!

I must admit, I never heard of Service King until my insurance provider, USAA, instructed me to go there. At first, my plan was to allow Service King to conduct my appraisal only and then take my vehicle to another repair shop. But the outstanding customer service and knowledge that Mr. Austin Clemons showed me made me change my mind. It was because of his attentiveness, amiable approach, and his willingness to share vast knowledge about my vehicle, I trusted Service King. I am so glad I did! The daily emails from the company and the calls from Mr. Clemons giving updates on my vehicles' repair progress were awesome. I was also pleased with the turn around time on repairing the vehicle. The work done, seems to be well executed. I've only had my vehicle back for a day, but the work looks really good! I also liked the fact, that Service King handled everything to include setting me with a rental car and turning it in for me. I had no worries! To me, this was a world class experience. Thank you!

Please stop giving people absurd time estimatyes for repair. For instance you told me it could be 2 months when it took 4 days.

Nothing the car was done as promised

It was very easy and quick to get my car repaired. Service King also cleaned my car out and cleaned my head lights! Austin was awesome and took care of everything.
