This was the 2nd experience I have had with Service King. My car looks excellent and Stuart my representative made sure my car was to my liking. With regard to informing me of my car's status I think your information status text service is a awesome amenity to your service. Stuart made frequent calls to get my approval on all things not initially agreed upon. The quality of the work is second to none. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Service King to anyone that is seeking collision repair. I hope your company keep your prices reasonable, service the same, and continue the excellent service you provide for years to come. Merry Christmas to Service King as you have made my xmas more merry.

The only repair place I would ever go to from now on! It was my second time getting repairs done at Service King and they did a fantastic job once again! The repair was also completed at a promised time. Brian and the whole staff at Service King are very nice and personable. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Great work my car looks bran new could not happier and the lady that works at the front desk is amazing!! When I came in I told her I lost my phone and she called the restaurant and checked if the had it the did and I got it back that's what I call going above and beyond service king are the kings in book!????

First of all, I was debt a text stating that my car would be ready on Monday Nov 16.I made my plans for the weekend accordingly. Then I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup on Friday Nov 13. I felt pressured to change my plans just to pick my car up. I changed my plans and picked it up Nov 14. I was dissatisfied with the fact that my car was half cleaned; in fact the things I had on the back seat were throw on the floor board. Which also revealed that the back had not been vaccumed. Severice can can not receive my business ever again nor will I recommend anyone to use the services. I will also make Allstate aware of my displeasure.
