Repairs are good. But all paperwork was gone from my glove department. I'm concerned about what may have happened to it. Is that the normal procedure--removing all items from the glove department? I just want to know. But thanks for the repairs.

The length of time for the repair required 3 weeks of rental car payment. ?? The service people were nice. The cost of the repair was $1000.00 approx less than the estimate from the Lexus Dealership. ???? The time required for the repair was longer than the multiple text messages that I received regarding the time to pick up the completed repair.
