Mr. Herrington is the reason Service King was selected to complete my repairs. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and culturally sensitive. My car was DIRTY when I dropped it off for repairs but when I picked it up it was sparkling clean. Thank you for a job well done!!! When I initially picked up the car and left, the front end was very badly out of alignment and made an almost grinding sound at the front driver side tire. When I called Heather to setup a time to have it fixed I was basically hassled about it - She said that I hit a curb pulling out of the parking lot when I know for a fact that I did not and was basically trying to deter me from bringing it back in for repairs. When I told her that I knew that I hadn't hit a curb she then changed and said that I hit a pothole in their parking lot and that that's what happened. Now, I've hit potholes on the highway before going 50-70mph and my car still drove as straight as an arrow - There's no way a pothole in there parking lot could've caused a misalignment. After having to basically argue with her and a repair technician, she said I could bring it in and they'd look at it and see. So, I dropped the car off and later that day they called and said that they had fixed it. When I picked it back up it was and is still out of alignment and the scraping/grinding noise is unchanged. I'm quite dissatisfied, very insulted and disappointed with the repairs, the customer service and the overall experience.

Service King Jackson did a tremendous job of replacing my chrome bumper on my Nissan Titan King Cab. Heather Cowan did a professional job of processing my claim from State Farm and keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend anybody to use Service King Jackson and ask for Heather for any assistance.
