The staff at this service king were incredibly knowledgeable and had great people skills, unlike the first Service King I was at. That was dreadful . This one On Mallory Lane even cleaned up the car so it looked brand new even on the Inside. The only glitch was the horrible automated system hat constantly gave updates that were all over the place. Very confusing: car ready tomorrow, car ready in 3 weeks , car ready in three days...... it was frustrating to follow.

I was asked to bring my vehicle in on Monday August 5. I asked the gentleman to also give me a quote on a few other dings and paint scuffs. I was told I would need to leave it for two to three days. I patiently waited.......decided to call them on Thursday for an update and ask about the quote. I was told they had not started working on my vehicle and also did not have the quote I had asked for. I told them I would be coming for my vehicle. I advised them I was borrowing a friends truck and did not want to continue driving his vehicle when I obviously could have been driving my own. I asked them to give me call on the following Monday only if they were going to actually work on my car starting that day. I received a phone call on Monday morning August 12 asking me to bring car in. When I arrived I was greeted and given an apology. I was told then he would get me my quote that day as well and that they had been very busy. I declined getting the quote and told him a simple phone call to tell me they couldn’t get to my car (the previous week) would have gone a long way for customer service. I really don’t think I would be telling anyone to go to Service King for repairs. The front bumper was painted on my car, however, I feel it was a quick fix because the bumper is pitted from road debris over the years. Would it not been proper to sand it or whatever needed to be done to make it smooth before painting it????

My vehicle was delayed by 3 days due to one of ur techs walking off job. The gentleman assigned to my work confirmed reimbursing me at 20.00 for the rental car2 I had. When time I paid final bill he acted like deer in headlights as if conversation never existed. He also quoted job at 2000.00 after first week. When I picked up at end of 2nd week it was almost doubled at 3800. Very disappointed. No referrals coming ur way. As far as the work on my truck I was completely satisfied even though wrong pin striping was ordered. I just told him not to worry about it. Guess what? Yep, no discount for that as well. I have more to say, but tired of texting.

Very kind staff. They kept me informed on the progress of my car and an expected completion date. A special shout out to the receptionist! She was so polite and patient. My car looks GREAT and I will definitely come back for future repairs if needed. All around WONDERFUL experience!
