I am very pleased with the service. The car looks great, and they completed the work ahead of schedule.

Bad job. Bad repairs on what your company did fix. Having to return it. Next surveys will be with bbb if not corrected and completed correctly. Paint job bad. You have one more chance to repair it or i will take action against your company.

As always Service King does an amazing job. The staff is very professional and the work they do is unbelievable. I would never take my car anywhere else but Service King.

Amy the manager was good to deal with and she kept up with me as promised. I was happy dealing with her. My initial contact person Jeremiah was horrible. I had to constantly call him as to the status of my vehicle. He promised many times to call and text but that never happened. Earlier the prior day I was told my vehicle would be completed, I left work early one day to get my vehicle and received a call at 4:20pm that was car was not done. This was very unprofessional and wasted my time. Overall dealing with Jeremiah is the reason I cannot give Service King a good score. He was nice over the phone but did not follow through on anything. If I would’ve dealt with a better person, I would recommend Service King, but for now I cannot and will not recommend this location with such a bad representative with bad customer service. On a last note, I would say that dealing with Amy the manager was a pleasure after she stepped in. Hopefully, she can and will retrain Jeremiah.

Jeremiah was friendly and professional with the estimate, dealing with the insurance company, and after the repairs were done. The car looked great: the repairs were done exactly as we agreed, but they also washed the car and vacuumed it out and wiped down the surfaces. I would use Service King again.

My car looks excellent but there was a stain on the front seat when picked up. It wasn’t there when we dropped it off. They tried getting it out and it’s still there. They said they would have the car detailed if necessary? I hate to have to do that but it’s light beige interior and you can see it really well. Everything else looks great
