Only two problems. Dave was awesome, however the way the system is Er up, I was told, almost daily, that my vehicle would be ready on 5/20, via texts. At the last minute and a very inconvenient time, I was given less than 24 hours’ notice that is was ready and the insurance company would not pay for the rental. This caused me more time and hassle, arguing with the insurance company because I had to work 40 minutes away and would not make it back in time to pick up my vehicle.
The 2nd problem is that my left (driver’s side) rear light has water inside it. This wasn’t there prior to the accident. I pointed it out to both the adjuster and Dave. I’m not sure if this was a result of the accident or not, but it wasn't addressed. I will call Seevice King again to discuss.
Other than that, I’m very happy with the work that was done and Dave’s politeness and willingness to help.
