I won’t be using them again as long as the person that handled my service is ever in charge of it. Kristen is the best there is but the new guys working there do not know how to treat repeat customers. Was not satisfied with how my repair turned out and instead of replacing what needed to be for free, advises how much it would cost to do it or they could put some touch up paint but no offer to fix the repair for free for a $37 part when I paid almost $1300 myself out of pocket not using insurance.

I was promised a time for my vehicle. It is not that big of a deal I fully understand thing get behind and timelines change. My issue is that as stated that the vehicle was not ready due to making sure thing did work and that a finally walk through on vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle I did a walk by and noticed there was a spot that was rough looking and knowing it need to be buffed I had to ask that be done before we left. It was not good looking at all. Unfortunately not actually thinking that this would be and issue. My daughter realized last night hours after picking up the vehicle, which this is her car and you know safety is my concern with this. Her blinker does not work, it does make the noise o working but at a rapid rate of blinks the head lights does not work as well. She does drive at night so this is a major issue. Again I understand time lines change and things happen but when I am given the excuses as they want to make sure all lights and dash lights work before releasing the car, having to rebuff the hood but don’t see the big spot on the side of the vehicle is unacceptable especially putting my teenage daughter back in the vehicle. I will be calling the shop first thing Monday morning.
