Kristy (maybe Kristin) (Sorry) the secretary was amazing!!!! I had SEVERAL issues with the insurance company and rental car situation. She answered any questions I had, as well as, spoke with the rental and insurance company for me serveral times! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! She needs a raise!!!! Service king also did an amazing job on my bumper...it looks better than the day I bought it! I will recommend Service King to anyone needing collision repair. Thank you!!

It took 2 weeks to complete repairs that should have only taken a week. The communication from the local site was lacking. I had to call for updates after they said they would contact me within a certain timeframe. After involving the claim adjuster, they still missed the agreed upon delivery date. Waited until the first delivery date at noon (which was 9 days that they had the car) to call and reschedule again because they didn't get the windshield replaced yet??? You would think that a reputable shop / advisor would have made sure everything was completed before the delivery date. This sites lack of customer service has made the brand look bad as well as the Insurance company .
