Service King Mt Juliet

Lindsay, our customer service representative was awesome! She was very on top of everything, and called every other day to update us on the status of our vehicle. Overall, we were not only highly satisfied with the work but also the customer service!

They had the truck for over two weeks. They initially told me it was complete and when I inspected the vehicle they had completely missed the fender and the paint looked very poor. Very rough and way beyond typical orange peel. They said they would work on it. On the second time I inspected they had done nothing with the poor paint quality. They claimed they didn't see a problem, which is even more concerning. They brought out their **** to talk to me and he was extremely rude and sharp. When I disagreed, they argued about it. I ended up taking the vehicle to two other paint shops for opinions. The first said it looked rushed and not good. The second called it a "Ray Charles" paint job. My wife finished the paperwork with service king and they asked her to NOT fill out the survey if we weren't happy. They also made very sarcastic and rude comments to my wife about me personally. Could not be more disappointed in the quality and service.

Iam very satisfied with the way everything was handled I was always informed on the progress of my vehicle. Whether it was by phone or text I was always updated. I will definitely recommend your services. I would like to thank Lindsay she was very knowledgeable And very professional.

Manager Robert at Mt Juliet SK was awesome. He received my car on 3/14 and maintained contact with me until completion on 3/24. I flew to Nashville from Illinois on 3/27 to pick up my car, which looked great. I was very dissatisfied with SK in Gallantin(had my car from 2/22 to 3/13 without any work being done, then transferred my car to Mt Juliet). However, I can't say enough about Robert and the folks at MtJuliet SK. They represent true customer service.????

I was kept in the loop the entire time my car was being fixed. Anytime I had questions, Robert answered them clearly and honestly! Lastly, my car was completed one week prior to the original estimate date of completion. Not that I hope to have another accident, but if I do, I know who I can trust!

The staff was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. Repairs look great.
